Fire Safety Awareness (Online)

Aim

This course will equip participants with the necessary skills and information to develop their awareness of fire prevention and how to deal with an emergency fire situation.

Who is this course for?

The course is for people who wish to learn Fire Safety skills but do not expect to use them regularly. It is suitable for non-acute healthcare personnel, such as healthcare assistants, medical secretaries and dental nurses and non-healthcare workers, including sports coaches, teachers and parents.

Certification: 1 year certification on successful completion of the course.

• Chemistry of fire / the fire triangle.
• The importance of fire prevention.
• Evacuation procedures.
• Assembly point.
• Fire drills.
• Raising alarm.
• Access points.
• Exits.

Delivery: Online (Self Thought)

Duration: 1-2 hours. Once registered participants can access the training up to 120 days

Assessment: Questionnaire assessment. 80% pass rate - CPD Accredited course
