The training incorporates evidenced-based perspectives and best practice in Report Writing. The training will outline the current legislation (e.g., Data Protection, Freedom of Information Acts) and policies (e.g., National Standards) associated with report writing and documentation in the care profession. In addition, participants will learn how to avoid the commonly made mistakes
