This online training is recommended for any professionals who want to have a better understanding of how to respond to the behaviours of the children and adults that they work with. It is designed as an introductory course on understanding and managing challenging behaviours. Among others, this course would be suitable for:

  • Teachers, SNA’s, Early years professionals
  • Health and Social Care professionals
  • Anyone (e.g., parents) who just wish to gain an understanding of challenging behaviours.    

If you are a health or social care professional (ROI), you have to complement this course by undertaking the Safeguarding Children (Children First) and Adults (SOVA) training as required by the relevant statutory regulations. 

This course is generic in nature, presented in good faith by TTM Training & Consultancy.

Some strategies may be adapted and adjusted in line with your respective organisations’ policy and risk assessments. It lies within the responsibility of the learner (staff / organisation) to make their own judgement as to the use of any material presented.
