Part 1 requires you to complete the online component (this can be done anytime, in the comforts of your home).

The course contents includes:

• Defining what is considered ‘challenging behaviour’
• Understanding the possible causes of challenging behaviours
• Learning preventive strategies 
• Learning strategies to manage escalating and challenging behaviours
   

Duration : Approx. 1.5 hours (online)

Certification

This course is certified by TTM Training and accredited by the CPD Certification Service as conforming to universally accepted Continuing Professional Development (CPD) guidelines.

Part 2 - Following on from this, you’ll be invited to attend a webinar (via zoom) on  (18th or 20th April).  This session will be a follow up from your online course. This will be an interactive session with our Trainer where you may discuss specific queries you may have on the topic.
